This is a half of an agate geode nodule that has been set in sterling silver. Agate is a type of banded micro-crystalline quartz with a hardness of 7. It can come in a wide variety of colors due to different impurities. This particular agate has an interesting pattern on the top that looks almost like drips of chocolate. It also has a druzy pocket in the middle, making it a very visually interesting piece. Very Unique!
