This walrus lived 5,000 to 25,000 years ago, within the range of the Pleistocene to Holocene epochs. 

These rare, often mineralized fossils, are found in Arctic permafrost or deep-sea dredging, displaying rich, aged, dark brown to creamy patinas. This specimen features intact tusks, serving as a significant piece of "ice age" history.
