Bi-Color Tourmaline

Regular price $1,200.00

Tourmaline forms in coarse-grained igneous rocks called pegmatites, deep within the Earth's crust. These colors are caused by different trace elements, such as manganese for pinks and iron for blues.

The distinct colors in a single crystal occur when the concentration of these elements changes during the crystal's formation process, resulting in a zoned crystal structure.

The combination of blue and pink tourmaline is associated with emotional balance and a combination of heart-centered love and clear expression.
