Lepidolite forms in rare, lithium-rich environments during the late stages of magmatic crystallization, primarily in granite pegmatites, greisens, and hydrothermal quartz veins, where residual fluids become concentrated with lithium. As magma cools slowly, lithium ions replace others, forming this unique, flaky mica mineral, often alongside quartz, feldspar, and tourmaline, giving it a characteristic pink or purple hue.
Nicknamed the 'peace stone', lepidolite is used to help with addictions, mood swings, and releasing negative patterns, offering a gentle, nurturing energy for emotional healing and stability.
