This is a Wulfenite Crystyal Thumbnail from the Kimbanga prospect in M'Fouti, Democratic Republic of Congo. Wulfenite is a rare secondary mineral made of lead molybdate. It can form either flat tabular crystals or have a pyramid structure. This is a fantastic example of the tabular crystal structure. This is also a very large single crystal of Wulfenite measuring in at 2.7cm across! A prime piece for any collection.
This specimen measures approximately 2.7cm x 1.5cm x 0.9cm and comes in a "perky box" which measures 3.5cm x 3.5cm x 3.5cm
