This is a fluorite thumbnail from Frohnau, Annaberg, Germany. This fluorite has an exceptionally dark purple color that almost appears as an opaque black and it is still expetionally dark even when using a flashlight. The cluster itself has a very clean structure with very minimal damage. There are some interesting patterns on some of the larger faces formed during the crystal's growth.
