This tower features an array of stacked orthoceras fossils, carved out of the matrix to create a decorative piece. The base has been cut to be flat so that the piece stands on its own.
Orthoceras were marine mollusks that lived from the Ordovician period up to sometime during the Triassic period. There was a major extinction event that caused countless orthoceras to die and be fossilized in marine rock such as limestone.
This tower is ~22cm tall, 6cm wide
