This specimen is a fossilized mud lobster, also known by it's scientific name of Thalassina. These can be found in both Australia and Indonesia and formed from calcium carbonate, strontium and iron replaced the shell overtime. This piece has a lot of detail on the claw specifically and good articulation all the way down the body.
