This is a Fluorite from the Rogerley Mine from Stanhope in Durham county, England. Fluorites from this particular mine are known for their daylight fluorescence where they will turn a dark blue color when exposed to UV. This particular mine is closed now, making specimens from there very valuable to collectors.
