This is a Fluorite from Cave-In Rock in Harden, Illinois. Illinois is well known for their Fluorites. The quality and variety of colors makes them highly sought after by collectors. This particular piece has a beautiful rainbow in the middle of the main crystal. The center is primarily colorless fluorite with thin purple banding, which allows the rainbow to be seen quite easily and kind of 'glows' from the center. There is a video of the rainbow
