Emeralds from this locale are some of the best in the world, and with good reason. The unique shade of green in these emeralds, caused by trace amounts of chromium, denotes their high quality. This emerald has a tabular growth pattern and a nice, deep color. Its long, flat shape makes it perfect for putting into a piece of jewelry. This is truly a quality specimen of this rare material!
