This is a crystalized Azurite thumbnail from Kerrouchen, Morocco. This is a part of the Khenifra Province. This area produces some very high quality copper based minerals.Azurite is a secondary copper mineral that is soft and usually found in very small crystal formations, making crystalline azurite like this more uncommon. This particular one has some transparency as well that is most notable when you shine a light through it,
The crystal itself is ~2cm across at it's longest point and comes in a perky box that is ~3.5cm in each dimension and comes with a card displaying the name of the stone as well as the locale.
