This piece of crystalized Azurite came from the Khenifra province of Morocco in the Kerrouchen Mine. Azurite is a copper bearing mineral that forms with certain chemicals from the earth's crust interact with copper ore. It usually forms botryoidally, making the crystal version more rare.
