This is a specimen of malachite with azurite rosettes from Morenci Mine, Greenlee County, Arizona. This is an aesthetically pleasing specimen with bright colors and well-formed crystals, from the botryoidal malachite with a lightly fibrous surface to the terminated azurite rosettes. Morenci Mine is known for producing many copper specimens, and this is a fine example of high-quality material from that mine.
