This is a Fluorite votive, also called a candle holder. The fluorite is a lovely deep green color with bands of purple and white running through it. Fluorite is semi-transparent, so the light will shine through a nice green color. It has velvet on the bottom, so it will not scratch the furniture that you set it on.
