The is a Vertebra off of a Spinosaurus dinosaur that was found in the Kem Kem Basin of Morocco which is. The Spinosaurus was alive duering the Cretaceous (Cenom.) Age which was around 145.5 to 65.5 million years ago. It was a type of Theropod, meaning it walked on two legs and had hips similar to modern day lizards.
