This is a specimen of bicolor tourmaline from Cruzeiro Mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Cruzeiro Mine is known for their high quality tourmaline specimens, particularly polychrome specimens, and this piece comes from a well known 1998 find. It is a light blue color with purple zoning on the multi-terminated top. This specimen is virtually damage free, and due to the rare combinations of color, tourmaline of this variety is a rare and unique addition to any collection.
